It would be good if refund is in the form of cash, because it's not at all a customer fault that they were ordered because they like the product, if product was good quality good colour as they expected they'll keep it with them and they'll try to buymore products, but your refund policy is not good because, customer loose their money, if they won't purchase another product by your gift card.
