It took almost 3 weeks to receive the product and your policy says you have to return within 30 days of ORDERING. Not receiving, but ordering. That's retarded. Also having to pay >€50 to return the products is bullshit. On top of that I had to mail you and await your confirmation before returning, and you didn't even reply to my mails so I had to send reminders. Finally, after about a week, you replied. Poor products, worse support. Will recommend everyone to avoid you.
