I ordered two jackets and a 3-pack of T-shirts, but upon delivery, the courier asked me to pay an additional $31 in duty charges. This was never mentioned at the time of purchase, which was very disappointing. When I requested a return, I was told that I would also have to cover the return shipping cost, which made the experience even worse. I shop online regularly and have never encountered such an issue before. As a resolution, they offered me a $40 coupon, which doesn’t make much sense.
