I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. The jacket is too small so I reached out to David’s Outerwear and was told I couldn’t return it or exchange it because the 30 day mark was on Christmas Day, the 25th. Also there was nothing they could do. Seriously? Not even an exchange? They offered 20% off to buy something else. No thanks. I’m stuck with a jacket that too small. Not good customer service.
