I had problems trying to communicate with Real Rad Food to ask when the order would arrive. We are a small organisation with part time workers and only have staff on site 3 part days a week and wanted to ensure there would be someone on site when the order was delivered. I sent sent several emails which were not responded to and couldn't find a phone number to ring. Was concerned that the order may be delivered and goods spoil if no staff on site.
