For whatever reason, I had difficulty with ordering 2 different colors on the same order. Special promo going on, the more items you ordered, the cheaper a pair of compression socks were. I wanted to order 4 pairs of 8X Compression Socks. I wanted 2 pair to be light blue & 2 pair to be skin colored/suntan/nude. The on line ordering for 4 pair of socks always made all 4 the same color. So I made 2 Separate orders. 1 order for 1 pair of 8X Light Blue & 1 for 8X nude. order did not arrive correctly

I asked how to return, and was offered a percentage of my money back. After stating I would prefer a full refund, I was again offered a little more of a percentage. As far as I am concerned, this company is a rip off knowing more than likely their items would be returned. They say you could get a full refund, then when you ask how to return they begin the back and fourth with you. Never offering a full refund, that way they still make a profit on you. BS, if you ask me.
