This company is a con, a rip off… I paid for the item and then they told me I’d have to drive 2 hours to get my package, I’d have to drive to Queens, NY… then I said give me my money back and they said they would charge me a 40% restocking fee… but I’m betting I won’t even see the other 60%… I’m reporting them to the attorney general!

I received a email stating my package arrived at my mailbox. I live way off of a highway down a very long driveway so I cannot see my mailbox from my house. So I never received my package until 8 days after that day because it was left at a neighbor's house. I contacted the customer service department several times asking where my package was and they kept saying it was delivered to your address and that I needed to contact my postal carrier in which I had already done that.
