Shopping was fine. Order process was fine. The walker is fine. But it is built for weight but not girth. It is challenging to sit down - I have wide shoulders and wide hips so it can be challenging and uncomfortable after some time spent in the seat part. I sit during church and it is a couple of hours.

The original tracking # sent to me was invalid for the stroller. The cup holder had to ship from china and did not fit properly. Had to shave some of the plastic off to get it to fit. No instructions for placement of cupholder in box or with the original unit. I also called the company to ask about a version for people above the height requirement but no one ever called me back. The stroller itself is terrific but unfortunately they have a lot of work to do in other areas of the company.
