This walker is completely different from what your website describes. It is over 20 lbs, it is bulky, and seat is smaller and unsafe! I put it back in the box immediately after opening it. The most disappointing part is that I was forced to pay almost 41.00 in S&H because you stated you don't provide free S&H which was extremely disappointing when your item is nothing as you describe on your website! This is very Misleading!
