The sneakers felt too big. I contacted customer service. They responded that they were sized according to the standard. I sent a couple of pictures. They didn’t respond. I then put insoles into the shoes and tied them very tight and they fit better, something customer service might have recommended if they gave a 💩, which they obviously didn’t. The sneakers look cool but I would never recommend this company for their uncaring customer service.
