Delivery was quite quick, but contact with the company took time when I felt that the unit was not performing as expected. When I did eventually get a response, there was no real solution offered, basically just told that my expectations were too high!

Pretend to want to help until you ask for money back. Shipping cost back to some small island in Ireland is over $100 through USPS and UPS was $300 so I should have just thrown $300 in the trash. Save your money. Don’t do business with them.

Horrible experience. After 2 months I contacted them to cancel order which had not t left the warehouse yet. They refused to cancel. Arrived 3 months after ordering and didn’t include everything. They also charged me for an extra “dog jet” then didn’t include the ponyjet I paid for. Wanted to send it all back but have to pay international shipping. Do NOT recommend
