The company is a complete scam!! Avoid at all costs. You order they send a £2 shower head and a couple of hose connectors with tracking details and pretend that they are sending the shower separately but can't supply tracking details and keep pretending they are track from their end. After multiple chase emails and fob of's saying "it is arriving today" after over a month I logged a charge back with my credit company... buyers beware!!

Didn’t send me what I paid for. Don’t buy from this company.

Paid over £280 for something to be dropped £100 weeks later. Not even on sale just the actual price dropped

Terrible delivery experience, items still missing and had to purchase new connectors for the pet jet as the connectors supplied did not fit the hose and accessories supplied.

They are horrendous, the goods still have not been dispatched, they don't answer emails, and they won't use a phone. I wouldn't buy off them ever again!!

Were okay to deal with tho should maybe have said all parts are delivered separately over a week.

I had some problems. Fed Ex sent me a bill for ninety some dollars for shipping. I was not pleased but customer support assured me it was a mistake and they took care of it. Their customer support is very helpful and nice. My water heater arrived promptly and without any damage.
