I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience with my order, hoping we can find a way to make things right. This is my third attempt at reaching out and I have yet to receive a response. This is very disheartening & disappointing. When I received my package, I was really excited to try out the new fragrances. However, I soon realized that none of the bottles had the names of the fragrances on them. Unfortunately, I don't remember which scents I ordered, and this has left me feeling quite frustrated. To add to this, the sample fragrance I received came in a bottle that doesn’t spray, which was a bit disappointing too. I was really looking forward to this order, so it's been quite a letdown from one issue to the next. Without a packing slip or any information inside the package, I’m at a bit of a loss. Could you please let me know how we can resolve this? I would be grateful to know which fragrance is which, and if possible, receive a sample bottle that sprays correctly. I truly appreciate the sample and your help with sorting this out. Thank you so much for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Love this place and will return only issue is my broken perfume. I tried emailing but no response, hopefully someone will see this and reach out maybe? Otherwise I think the scents are gorgeous and honestly worth the price point!! I will be purchasing the Delina again when I run out and probably get a Bub because it's that good!!
