The website seems very good. It included the specifications that were important. The pictures accurately represented the product. The only issue was that I missed the sale price. I don't think Flowyline indicated when the sale was ending. I would very likely have ordered the product before the sale ended. But maybe is was my fault. I'm not sure.

I don't find the description sufficient - would be nice if the upfront description listed the mounting width as well as the height. Makes the process of sorting through a lot of choices much easier. Even a side tab where you could select width would be great.

Wrong hardware was sent. Took 6 weeks to get my order. Legs showed in stock online. After placing my order I got an email hours later telling me they were backordered. And that it would be 2 weeks. It took 6. Slow to respond to emails. Never received the correct hardware I ordered. Legs were great otherwise. They are good quality. The logistics and customer service needs work.
