I love it but it looks like it was not polished all the way to the sword's tip. I have taking pictures with my other katana to compare the 2 and my other katana is polished all the way to the sword's tip. I guess i will have see if there someone close to finish your job.

Customer service with this company is very poor and almost virtually non-existent. It took me a grand total of 24 days to get an answer to a very serious question I posed about the safety of a sword that I ordered from this company. They only replied with a solution after I sent them a followup message requiring an answer to a loose scabbard from which my sharp sword was falling out on its own. Because of the lackluster response, I won't be ordering any additional swords, which I had intended.
