The shipment took awhile to arrive due to airport customs inspections. That being said the shopping process was easy enough to deal with and eventually the package did arrive undamaged. These katanas aren't hand forged as seen in the promotional material and instead are machine forged in China. Although I haven't used my sword yet practically, I can't personally attest to the strength of the blade due to the mismanagement of information on how exactly the mid tier swords are made. 4 stars earned

I LOVE the product when we finally got it!
For a while there, I thought that your business was a scam because of how long it took to ship, and if you read the reviews, they all say the same thing. This could all be avoided if you put more information in your shipping Shopify page explaining that the item is coming from out of the country And letting them know how long it will take. I got an email that said it was shipped but ups said they hadn't gotten it yet. Very confusing.
