My order was filled quickly but the bug netting was not included but there was a note explaining why, they hadn’t arrived yet. Seth personally called me and told me why and that they wanted to make sure I received the rest of the system as soon as possible. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. I am impressed with Canvas Cutter and will be waiting fore the release of the new products.
