Received a dirty ball that looks to have mold on it. It was purchased as a gift I have no use for a football and cannot gift it in this condition. I had to buy something else bc your customer service team said that it was still usable so they only offered a 20% refund. That is absurd, it’s not usable for me I don’t play football and no one is going to give a gift that is dirty. That is like giving someone half used candle and saying it’s still usable. That is not customer service.
