My issue should have been resolved in the first communication but it's been several weeks now and multiple back and forth and it's still not resolved. Shouldn't be this hard if customer service is truly something you value, as your website states.

Our bed was delayed because of an unfortunate accident at the factory but the owners very kindly notified us the reason why the bed would be delayed in delivery and that is customer service above and beyond the norm these days. I appreciated being notified.

Your website wouldn't process orders from the U.S. until I pointed this out to your staff. Then, you were out of the basic materials due to holiday demand, so I had to wait several weeks for the mattress to arrive. Then, my dog didn't like it and won't use it.
