After I didn't get my last two tank bags I contacted the shipper and customer support. The shipper was willing to refund the claim. Trip Machine would not file it or respond to my emails. Very unprofessional. I've actually never had this happen before. That's bad if your business practices are so far outside of normal business expectations. I'm disappointed because I would have probably bought and recommended your products for many years to come.
