I never received this item. This company is using is very lousing courrier service (no tracking, poor customer service, no flexibility etc ...). I have been in touch with the Trip machine sales service to arrange for the delivery, well in advance, but they just don't give a shit as soon as the items have been paid. Basically when you buy online from them, you have no guarantee your items will be delivered.

The navigator is a nicely made product but the customer support just miserable. To be honest I don’t think there is any support. I had a little cut on my navigator and asked them if there is a solution for both of us. Over 3 weeks passed and multiple emails send, no response. I also wrote them on instagram and just got like an automated answer. The second time I wrote them there they just read it and didn’t even respond. So if there is something wrong with your order you are on your own.
