In addition to the fact the collar doesn't fit, I wanted the other design. I see now that I clicked the pictures and was looking at the NAME version when I clicked BUY. But there is another button for the choice. I feel like this was a little misleading. I wouldn't have returned it just for that. I would have kept the flying Ws if the collar fit. But since I have to send the collar back anyway, I think I should tell you your system was not very clear to me. I work in web usability. Thanks.
