I have ordered one of each of the available stories for friends and family. The ones who have received their gifts are thrilled. Thank you Flower Letters, for the gift options for special people.

I'm not happy that the letters went on sale for 50% off a few weeks after I purchased them.

Clear directions/instructions and super helpful support team to answer questions.

It's all good.

Again. The product was NOT as expected. Type is FAINT and SMALL and difficult to read for an older person. I have good vision and would have had to squint at some of it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It is always easy to spend money!

Had some difficulty, but it was straightened out. I changed my address in the electronic ordering site, but the system retained my old address & that is where the first couple of letters were sent. I finally recieved all of the first couple of letters & all is good now.

I’d love to give this five stars except for we are missing letters three and four.

I had no problem ordering the letters.

I put 4 stars because I had difficulty sending a gift subscription

I’m really happy with my tin/letters but I did get mailed the wrong tin/letters when I first ordered this. They sent me another story with its accompanying tin and I had to wait quite a while to finally start reading my story.

I found it difficult to reach an actual person. Although I did eventually get a response, and given the old fashioned aspect of the letters I felt it would have been more fitting to avoid automated responses and restore human customer service

Easy to purchase and description of story was just enough to help on pick but vague enough to not give any surprises away. I purchased tin which was a good add on for keeping letters safe and organized.

When I first logged in to the website, I was a little confused, my daughter said I could pick the story I wanted, but that’s not the way it went. She didn’t realize she already picked Lily Clara for me. But after that everything went smoothly and it was a good experience. Website loaded quickly and it didn’t take long to finish.

So far all my letters have arrived complete and in a timely manner

Customer service is outstanding. I. had a couple issues. Quick & professional handling of any problem that arises. Very personal service. Bravo!

customer service is very attentive. My mom lives in Canada and the first letter was taking a little long so thru several emails-- started by myself--all responses were polite and accommodating.
