My shampoo and conditioner came in a bag (bubble mailer). When I opened it, both bottles were open and the products were spilled all over the inside. A box should’ve been used to ship liquids. It shows more care and consideration versus a bag . That’s very unfortunate. For those reasons, I won’t order again
