Very impressed with the customer service and high quality products offered but WOW the shipping took a long time. Also, I ordered my product on a Friday and it took over a week for it to get processed and shipped in the mail. I understand that the products are shipped from Australia but customers probably would appreciate it if your company shipped your orders out faster since at least that part of the equation is in your control.
