Didn’t know how to fix the bed slide on my 2001 Mesa so I took to a national rv dealer where they kept it for 3 weeks saying it needed a “Bracket “ but didn’t say what type of bracket it was. I argued with them that I knew it was the roller wheel but they ignored me. I watched one of your free how to videos, ordered the rollers and went and got my camper back and fixed it in 30min. Thank y’all for saving me a lot of trouble. Now arguing with the rv shop to refund my money for really not accomplishing anything to help me.
