The company uses USPS. After receiving the confirmation that the order was placed and USPS was waiting on the item to update shipping, I had no updates for about two weeks before I emailed the company. Within a day or two of sending my email, I received updated shipping and the pillow was delivered quickly afterwards. I suggest FedEx or UPS for delivery. USPS is unpredictable at best.
