Have to press and hold for a few seconds to ensure a proper stamp. After washing it fades just a little bit. Even for the thinner fabrics it didn't bleed through. For certain materials like towels, the stamping is not that clear due to the material. And it also takes longer to dry before it stops smudging. Dont have much opportunity to try the white stamp as most clothes are not dark enough for the white ink to show. Would still recommend it.
