I sent multiple emails which recieved late/no response, the ring was sent to the incorrect address after I requested to change the address the ring was sent and they confirmed, and the ring looks different then how I expected which is partially my fault. I believe it could be useful to have a model wearing the ring so the buyer has a better idea of what they are purchasing.
