It would help if the kit actually arrived! No kit but taken my money!! No reply to emails or nothing, I don’t think I’ve experienced customer service like this before, totally unacceptable

Shocking never order from them. I ordered in September and I’ve still not received the order in December. I’ve emailed them and contacted them via social media had one response who was going to look into it but never got back to me. Still waiting, presumably never will receive it.
