You’re asking how my order went and I haven’t gotten it yet. I ordered 23 days ago and according to the tracking number you sent me it hasn’t even shipped yet. I also emailed and asked for an update when it was late and never received a response until just now when you asked me to rate my experience. My experience has been terrible, and I’m going to have to dispute this with my bank if I don’t get a response.

The concept of Mystery Kit is a great one. The excitement of waiting for what you think will be a pleasant surprise, but then only to be left feeling like a deflated balloon. Based on the "glowing" reviews, we purchased one for my son for Christmas. We had to Google the team jersey he received, and were left scratching our heads. To say we were disappointed is an understatement and would not recommend.
