Please see prior review, item sent weeks after the order despite having to pay for tracked delivery and sent numerous emails with no response. Asked for a refund as item was not received and wasn't receiving a response only for them to suddenly have sent the parcel ( which i asked for a refund for as I no longer wanted ) but over a week later with multiple emails they are again refusing to respond and resolve the issue.
