Again I haven’t received my mystery kit yet. When I check the shipping status it says it is stuck in customs. I have sent 2 emails to the contact email and gotten no response. I did check my junk folder it wasn’t there. I am disappointed because while I understand that it can take longer because it is coming from the UK, I don’t understand the lack of customer service communication.
