Jersey was nice. But shipping time made the experience not worth it.

Lucky if I ever got an answer. If I did it was by a computer I'm assuming. Package never arrived. The worst experience.

I've literally never received this jersey. My emails went unanswered for weeks. I finally requested a refund from my bank and of course your customer support decides to reply and say I requested a refund so the case is closed. But never even answered why my package wasn't delivered after waiting for 4 weeks. Horrendous service and company. I've deterred so many people from buying from you guys.

Took a while to hear back after I made my purchase. I started to think my purchase was a scam. I reached out to the company and I did receive a response in a reasonable manner and they informed me that the order was in progress. I am now aware of the timeframe and will keep that in mind if I decide to order anything else.

Could have better tracking

This took 6 weeks to arrive. I no longer even wanted it by the time it arrived. I reached out to customer service many times and had a horrible experience and it was very inconsistent depending on who answered my message each day

We love these jerseys. We always look for something Christmas relative items. This is a perfect fit! Great quality and fit!

I ordered two items for holiday gifts. I placed my order on 12/7 thinking that’d be plenty of time to have what I ordered arrive for the holidays. Jokes on me. One item finally showed up on 12/30. The other item Jersey Nations claims was delivered about a week later but I never received anything. I fought and fought and fought with customer service to refund my total purchase and told them I’d be happy to return the item I did receive. They refused even though their return policy said unused items that were not custom created could be returned. This transaction lasted almost two months and I finally gave up when they offered me a 30% return for the item I did receive and fulfilled a full refund for them item I never received even though they tried telling me over and over it was delivered (yeah, to Vegas per the tracking info I was given). The Jersey Nation is simply awful to deal with when things don’t go right. I cannot in good conscience suggest anyone buy from them. It’s simply not worth the hassle.
