Customer loyalty program would be nice. You should also give something when your products are delayed and y'all know that. I order religiously to this company and it was delayed before Christmas. It was frustrating not getting any updates especially with them knowing that their products were delayed and they offer nothing as far as expedited shipping or coupon which makes me think that customer loyalty does not exist. It’s all about reviews and stars which really sucks
