I'm so happy that I saw a news report on Jamaica on ice a few years ago. I tried the meals back then and was so impressed that I came back for more. I am disabled now and rely on carers. They put my meals in the microwave and a few mins later I have a delicious dinner. My family no longer worry that im not eating enough. My jamaica on ice meals are always ready in the freezer. Everyone's happy.

I’ve shopped with Jamaica on Ice since the beginning and have never been disappointed. I especially love the ackee and salt fish, curry goat and oxtail. I’ve also added red pea soup and fried chicken to my list of favourites. I tried everything and there’s nothing I don’t like. Keep wishing they could do coconut and/or peanut dropsy as a dessert!! I usually buy some veggies too as these veg are hard to find in my local area. I’m disabled and these meals are a God send for me.
