I have nothing but love for this company. Meals nicely packed with ice packs ready to go straight into the freezer. My only suggestion is the heating instructions needs to be reviewed. I generally heat in the microwave for 6 minutes with the film on then I plate up the rice and continue heating the salmon for a further 3 minutes. I then plate the salmon with the rice then heat them both for a further 3 minutes. Otherwise if I follow the heating instructions the rice comes out hard and brittle
