Well it was a straight forward order, it arrived and I was slightly upset by the bottle itself, after taking the lid off, the pump was squint. Not sure how to explain this' and I never thought to take a photo. I read similar reviews. The bottle is not as robust as some brands, but no complaints on the product itself. I am so far impressed.
