The only downfall I would say is the packaging, although it feels nice and luxurious to open a box, the materials feel unnecessary and unsustainable (plastic lining, foam etc.) - if it was made of recyclable materials then I would find no flaws in this product as that is far more important to me than ‘upmarket’ packaging (plus there are products out there are products out there that still feel very high quality in fully recyclable packaging anyway)!
