I’ve had a very poor experience since ordering on 13th December 2024. I contacted your company three times, once via the chat, two more times via your Dyefor support email address, to see if my order had been dispatched with no response. I eventually received two out of the three phone cases I had ordered, on Christmas Eve. I emailed your company again using the Dyefor support email address on Christmas Eve to inform you I had not received the third case, again you have not responded and I have not received the case. The two cases received arrived unwrapped, in an envelope, and do not look the best quality. Today you sent me an email asking me to write a review and include a photo of my three purchases! Overall not a great experience so I will not be ordering from you again.
