zero responsiveness on customer service, lousy battery, no accessories available to purchase. Can't buy a second battery, can't buy fenders. Seriously? The lack of real time customer service and communication is terrible. Sorry I purchased.

at 73 years old i am new to E-bikes so i took my Son's advice and settled on this bike and other reviews where favorable. I had trouble getting the bike to register to the VanLife app that comes with it, but after a few e-mails with VanPowers staff they where able to register it for me.

Customer service dont always respond to question or be vague with answers. When I had questions about the city vanture I couldn't ever get a solid answer about the extended range battery be discontinued.

Shipped and arrived quickly. Support slow to respond to questions, seems silly to not be able to buy rear rack from Vanpowers. Love the bike though!

Shipped quickly and arrived on time. No issues.

Purchase was quick and easy. Shipping only took a couple of days. Assembly was fairly easy and having all the tools included was a bonus. A couple of keychains come with the bike that have a qr code for an app. Upon scanning the code, it then gives two more qr codes for either apple or android. This is not helpfulnas I can not scan them from the phone I initially scanned it with.

Find the bike was straightforward and it arrived in a very short time the only problem I have is that the extra battery in the rack or out of stock and I found extra battery online and the splitter and everything no problem I still haven't found a rack
