Your instructions are clear, although because of the special shipping requirements they're complicated compared to just sending an ordinary package. Also, please be sure to proofread the pictures to make sure the color combo/name that's shown with a picture is the right one. The captions were switched on one of the items.

The only suggestion I have is to make the mailing of the cremains process more transparent. You don't need special packaging or postage for a small amount of ashes.

Good experience, only thing that would be helpful is if there was a notice somewhere to order a creamains shipping box from the USPS As Soon As Possible if you are considering have a piece made because it it takes 2 - 3 weeks for the post office to get it to you, and they do not have them at the post office.

They are very fast at producing your item for you and the packaging is very thoughtful and protective. The process is very easy too. My first piece broke when it fell off the chain while I was removing it from my neck one day and hit the ceramic tile floor and they repaired it for me.
