Communication was excellent. It would be nice if they would offer a ring sizer as other companies do since rings cannot be adjusted if they don't fit. I used a sizer from another cremains jeweler to confirm the size to order. I ordered 3 items from Spirit Pieces and was very pleased with all of them.

Great product results, beautiful work! Great customer service!! I misplaced my pendant, still in box, right after receiving... heartbroken, I reached out to spirit pieces, they had extra ashes left over that I had sent in. They quickly made me a replacement peice with my loved ones ashes at the lowest price they could offer. They responded with care and helped me through this hard time. While I will never have the lost pendant back, I feel relief having this one at least.
