Overall everything was great. The info for shipping of cremains via fedex versus USPS should be easier to find. I ordered the boxes from USPS before I saw the information (which I believe came in with the collection kits). A piece of feedback for Tyler - use more or stronger tape. His pieces almost didn't make it (10lbs - 2 -4" orb, and 1 -3" orb) they shifted and popped the tape on the bottom of one side. Side/bottom flap were pushed out a couple inches and getting ready to open up.
