I misplaced my pendant, still in box, right after receiving... heartbroken, I reached out to spirit pieces, they had extra ashes left over that I had sent in. They quickly made me a replacement peice with my loved ones ashes at the lowest price they could offer. They responded with care and helped me through this hard time. While I will never have the lost pendant back, I feel relief having this one at least.
