Ordering was a breeze.
Only hassle was the courier service. Super-fast but woeful communication! First delivery attempt after 2 days on a day we were NOT home, even though an email from them had said it would arrive the following week (when we WOULD be home to receive it). I watched the delivery guy arrive and then leave with the amp on our CCTV. He left no note. No email. Zilch.
I finally worked out the next day where to find delivery status on the courier's website, even though the original tracking number supplied by the seller was incorrect. I saw it was once again on board for delivery. But again we would not be home! After clicking through the menu maze I managed to talk to a human who said he would message the driver not to deliver that day.
Result? I watched CCTV helplessly from far away as it was delivered and this time placed under front door mat even though I had specifically requested them NOT to do this. We were thankful it was still there when we returned home after dark, in spite of youth robberies in our area! Again no email to notify delivery... and failure to follow instructions NOT to deliver if we were not home.
Please use AUSPost next time ... maybe not as fast but 100% better communication!
