drums are really great but the customer service is pathetic. i never got a response for the questions I asked till now. also the drum price is reduced after I bought it...i don't know if there is a way for me to get the price back but I didn't bother to send an email to customer care because I never got a response for my 1st email and hence the 1* rating. its not only about the quality of drums its about the end to end experience.
