It’s been 40 days since I placed my order and 19 days since it said it was supposed to be delivered but the shipping agency they go through is someplace I’ve never heard before: Piggy express. My customer experience with these people has been a nightmare with both personalize everything and piggy to try to get the painting kit. It was supposed to be a kit for my fience. P.E’s phone number doesn’t work on their website and I rarely get responses back from email.
