I received a standard email stating that my order had been dispatched. The tracking button showed a message that the parcel had not been received by An Post. I sent many emails to SCENTA, through every pathway I could find, but received no reply. I finally found a phone number, through a Google search, and was promised that a replacement would be dispatched. I'm delighted to say that this happened, and I now have the opportunity to enjoy the high-quality products I ordered.
