Your 30 refund policy is a farce Requiring multiple steps that including an RMA# which we have to contact a phone # that is not monitored to get. I've sent an email requesting the information if I receive no response I'll dispute with my credit card company. This watch is not worth what you are charging it's a $200 watch at best
